I was running at fixed period and working out at times, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything alter when I started this program...just having the fat burning food as the suggestions. After a few weeks on the program, I find my waist has gone down 2 sizes and the belly meat gets tight... this project has give me new motivation for my body, and I am now working hard on the road to being the best pattern in my life.
