I was running at fixed period and working out at times, but I was still getting fatter... Everything changed when I began this program...just eating the fat burning food as the suggestions. After a few weeks on the program, I find my waist has gone down 2 sizes and the belly meat becomes tight... this program has give me new motivation for my stature, and I am now working hard on the way to being the best shape in my life.
