I was running at fixed period and working out occasionally, but I was still getting fatter... Everything changed when I began this item...just having the fat burning food as the suggestions. After a few weeks on the workout, I find my waist has lost 2 inches and the belly meat becomes tight... this project has give me new motivation for my stature, and I am now trying hard on the way to being the best pattern in my life.
