I was running at fixed period and working out occasionally, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything changed when I began this program...just taking the fat burning food as the suggestions. After a few weeks on the workout, I discover my waist has lost 2 inches and the abdominal meat becomes tight... this project has give me new impetus for my stature, and I am now trying hard on the road to being the best shape in my life.
