I was running on a regular basis and working out at times, but I was still getting fatter... Everything changed when I began this item...just eating the fat burning food as the proposal. After a few weeks on the program, I discover my waist has gone down 2 sizes and the belly meat becomes tight... this project has give me new motivation for my stature, and I am now trying hard on the way to being the best shape in my life.
