I was running on a regular basis and working out occasionally, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything alter when I started this program...just having the fat burning food as the suggestions. After some weeks on the project, I find my waist has gone down 2 sizes and the abdominal meat gets tight... this project has provide me new impetus for my figure, and I am now trying hard on the way to being the best shape in my life.
