I was running on a regular basis and working outside once in a while, but I was still becoming fatter... Everything alter when I started this program...just eating the fat burning food as the recommendations. After several weeks on the project, I discover my waist has lost 2 sizes and the abdominal meat gets tight... this project has provide me new motivation for my figure, and I am now working hard on the road to being the best pattern in my life.
