I was running regularly and working outside occasionally, but I was still getting fatter... Everything alter when I started this item...just having the fat burning food as the recommendations. After several weeks on the program, I find my waist has gone down 2 inches and the belly meat becomes tight... this project has give me new impetus for my body, and I am now trying hard on the way to being the best shape in my life.
