I was watching this very interesting documentry last night. I would like to suggest it for those of you that are fighting any kind of Autoimmune illness...Which would include things like MS and those of your that are fighting with your blood sugar levels and migraines etc etc. Even worse a child with ADD or God forbid they should be on Ritalin. Did you know that this is classed in the same category as cocaine? Bet you didnt thats how they want you to be is in the DARK! I know I have been preaching about this for so long but in the end your health is your business. I am just suggesting this and if you get anything out of it then great! THis is the documentry and I think if you have KIDS you should watch it. If you care not about yourself then you should care about them and educate yourself on the stuff they have in our food that will make you sick! imdb/title/tt1002463/
