| I wrote sometimes back that the Government should boycott talks in Addis unless seven ex-detainees are excluded from negotiations between RSS and Machar-Rebels because they are seeking internal SPLM reforms peacefully... It seems that someone at the IGAD Secretariat finally came to their senses and they are now going to be excluded. Parallel talks (of just SPLM members only) are now underway between the seven ex-detainees and Political Bureau members in Addis facilitated by Ethiopias EPRDF and South Africas ANC... The peace talks will resume between Government of South Sudan (which has many parties) and pro-Machar rebels... #IToldYou
