Mr. Bimal Choudhary, Senior HR, Ex-VP, BC Jindal Group, taking on the topic in discussion, elucidated the difference between loving a job and loving a company Mr. Sangeet Kumar, General Works Manager Asian Paints speaking passionately about the philosophies he adhered to and his organization explained the way, how we are wired to be conventional and how breaking those chains can do wonders. Mr. Vinod Kumar, Senior Division Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India gave us a detailed understanding of what an organization aiming at high productivity will be looking for in an individual before hiring and the measures they adopted to search for such talent.
