CALL CENTER OFFICER Job Role : • Work EOBs to understand denials and/or call insurance companies when needed • Validate patient insurance eligibility and benefits when needed • Resubmit insurance claims and process denials within required timelines • Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid balances • Follow up on zero pay EOBs • Prepare write off requests • Follow HIPAA guidelines for patient communications at all times Qualification : • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree any field (English Department, Public Relation or Mass Communication are preferred) • Must be fluent in English (both oral or written) • Good communication skill and good conflict resolution skill • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (as a call center officer, account receivable officer or health insurance claim officer are preferred) 2. MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER Job Role : • Develop mobile application for iPhone/Android/Windows Phone-Develop web based application using C# • Have twice a week meeting with the developer personnel in US Required Skills : • 2-4 Years C, Java or C# Experience • 2-4 Years Database Experience • Strong Knowledge of Object Oriented Development • Strong Character • Initiative to learn • Good team skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude towards change and ability to adapt Optional Skills : • Familiar with Objective C • Familiar with C++ • Familiar with .NET Framework • Familiar with Sql Server and Sqlite • Familiar with XCode, Eclipse and Visual Studio 2012 • Familiar with iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Windows Phone 8 Development 3. SENIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPER Job Role : • Develop Full Stack .NET Web Application • Develop mobile application for iPhone, Android and Blackberry • Have twice a week meeting with the developer personnel in US Required Skills : • 3+ Years in C# and Database Experience • 3+ Years in Web App Clients Site Programming • 3+ Years in ASP .NET MVC • 3+ Years in .NET Full Stack Development (C#, Knockout, SignalR, Bootstrap and MVC) • Hands-on experience with SQL and solid understanding of database design optimization principles • Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Development • UX/UI experience and the ability to transform complex problems into easy steps • Experience with JavaScript libraries including, but not limited to, JQuery, Angular JS and Knockout JS • Agility.
