#ILOVEdumaguete I love where I live right now... I love the big painting I made that hangs on top of my bed; I finally have an artwork I can hang. I love the big fern in my room especially when the bedside lamps are turned on at night because it cast a beautiful shadow on the wall. I love the blue and white stripped bedsheets and the floral pillows stuffed with kapok (metaefficient/pillows/kapok-pillows.html); I feel like I just placed a towel on the sand. I love the feel of the huge woven abaca mat on the floor; it feels so good walking barefoot on it. I love the coconut filled with water and Santan flowers; I wanted to bring the pond outside in my room. I love the shells brought all the way from Siquijor island. I love the green coconuts lying on the mantel. I love the terrace in front of my bedroom and the sunlight that hits my bed early in the morning; I love working on my computer on the narrow table adorned with Dancing Lady orchids. I love the view from the terrace of my bedroom. I love the frogs croaking at night. I love looking and listening to the birds. I love looking at the purple waterlilies that surround the house. I love feeling like Im living in some dreamy beach house far from the worries of everyday life. Waking up on a Sunday morning with the laptop typing this and feeling good while having green tea and pan de sal with moringa still warm from the bakery next door. Who wants to join me in bed? :-)
