***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*** posted on behalf of AUT University Emergency Management Exercise An emergency training exercise is taking place at AUT today. It is a simulation of a real emergency event. The purpose of the exercise is to enhance AUT’s capability to effectively manage a crisis event and to safely secure and minimise the impact on students, staff, visitors, AUT property and other assets. Today’s exercise will potentially involve several campus sites and a number of people. It is being facilitated by professionals and includes role players, and may include emergency services. The Exercise Control Team and any role players will be identifiable as they will be wearing yellow high viz vests, marked "Exercise". All communication related to the exercise will be clearly marked ‘EXERCISE KEA’. We urge you to please cooperate with requests made of you by the Emergency Management team and emergency services during this time.
