**IMPORTANT STORE POLICY CHANGES** Please read if you have or are considering a custom order. Due to some unfortunate recent events, Wicked FairyTale has implemented the following changes effective immediately. I apologize for any inconvenience, but these policies have to be put in place due to some misconduct by several customers over the past couple of weeks. I recognize that the actions of these people are not indicative of the majority of my fans who have followed my policy rules, but when my generosity of allowing deposits (which from what I understand a lot of other sculptors don’t do) has been taken for granted it does affect people other than me, my business partner and my family. My other fans lose out on the opportunity to obtain limited Set pieces or place a custom order due to losing a slot by someone who is not serious about their order or payment. In addition, disregard of my shop policies is disrespectful for me as a person and as an artist. 1. Deposits are no longer accepted for custom orders. All custom orders will require full payment up front. 2. All custom orders in queue for January will require a full payment made prior to the commissioned piece being started. If custom piece has been paid in full already, this will not affect your completion date. If only a deposit has been made, please make your full payment as soon as it is convenient for you- up until the date required on your invoice. Please note however, your item will not be started until full payment is received and if you wait until the deadline, there is a very strong possibility it may not ship on time because I need at least one week lead time to make your item. All custom order customers for January who have paid a deposit have been emailed with additional information. 3. If payment is not made for custom orders by the due date, current custom orders will be cancelled immediately and customers will lose their deposit. 4. Set launches will be revised moving forward; more information on this later, but all reserves will require full payment. 5. Custom orders for January are now closed. There is a strong possibility it may also be closed for February as well, but an announcement will be made prior to the New Year after speaking with my business partner.
