***IMPORTANT*** this is to inform that one of our old customers Mr.Sashank Shrivastava has received an expensive product damaged... this is an unexpected and rare case... Mr.Sashank Shrivastava has received a San Metaforce damaged worth rs 4500/- this is an irresponsible act by India Post .. and more or less this is our fault also...we r not here cover up our mistakes... every single customer is important for us... but what happened today , is not good for business and our reputation... i will suggest Mr.Shrivastava to give a written complaint to the main post office & also send an email as we r doing here ... Monday i will personally go to the G.P.O and register a complaint ... so that this can never happen again... Mr.Shrivastava... we are concern about ur loss... and we will try to rectify it as much as we can , in ur next orders... and its a promise that u will not get disapointed... well.. as our admins and partners also decided that this is not only the fault of India Post but also ours... so from 5th of november we r going to introduce some new tools in our packaging systems for more safety... this will cost us more.. the carriage will increase... but we will not charge that from our customers... as it is our responsibility... orders of 5kg and above will b dispatched directly from G.P.O .. using a insure product form... which will insure the product... and will take special care of it... and if somehow G.P.O loses or damages the product in time of delivery then they r bound to pay the insure amount for that particular product...
