“IN TIME OF NEED” While reading “The daily bread” there was an excerpt about Corrie Ten Boom that made me think and wonder about myself, it was about how in her early years she had lost everything, her family, her friends, her possessions all while living under a reign of terror by the Nazis, yet through all the adversity she faced and went through her faith in the Lord was always strong and intact, as I was listening later to a message on Hebrews 4 I again thought of Corrie for in her later life she was always grateful for all the blessings the Lord bestowed on her because of her dependency on Him. Hebrews 4 is so vitally important for us as believers because not only does it strengthen our faith in Christ it increase it “Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need”, no matter what turmoil, what trials, what tribulations we face we are assured He is always there in our time of need.
