[INTERNSHIP] ABB recruits HR & Admin Internship. Location: Hanoi I. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supporting Human Resources/ Admin Team in document administrative and other logistics tasks. Main duties include, but not limited to: Recruitment/Training • Composing & posting job advertisements on internal & external channels • Maintaining ABB in Vietnam’s social networks pages • Updating database for recruitment and training activities • Writing articles for company internal magazine • Assist in organizing and managing office documents (electronic & paper) Admin • Providing Administrative support, such as meeting/training facilitation, maintaining log sheets and office calendar, and coordinating scheduling with other offices • Managing & tracking use of office inventory/stationery, equipment and stock properly • Responding to emails/correspondence/calls to office and as needed, for staff who are in field, in an efficient, friendly manner • Other tasks as assigned. II. Requirements: Candidates need to commit a minimum of 3-month-program. Starting date is expected in end of April 2014. Education: • Senior students or fresh graduates holding degrees in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Economics • Accumulative GPA (Grade Point Average) is minimum at 7.0/10 or 2.5/4 Skills: • Strong passion in HR career • Strong interpersonal skills • Customer – oriented • Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills • Fluent in English & computer literacy • High attention to details and honesty • Fast learners, proactive with Can Do attitude III.
