“IT’S ALL WORTH IT* PART 4 SCENE -1 It was the 18th time Manya was calling Aadii. She was so excited to tell Aadi about the new born baby in her family. All her excitement turned into worries as he wasnt replying to neither her call nor her messages. It never happened before.. It’s been 3 hours now, she was so tensed, tears were rolling down her eyes. All bad thoughts were playing in her mind. When a girl really cares for you, it takes a minute for her to turn into a depressed girl from a happy go lucky girl. She wiped her tears and was trying to be normal now. Her room-mate was back. She hates to share their fight or tension with anyone. But friends are friends, Trisha could feel something is wrong as they started to chat.. Trisha : Tell na. Manya : Nothing .. Trisha : We are room-mates from past 2.5 years. I know you well now.. Manya : trust me.. nothing important. You say, how was your day? Trisha : Don’t change the topic. Manya : yar.. Aadii... Trisha : kya hua use? Manya : I don’t know. I was calling him since long but he is not receiving , I am so freaking tensed. Trisha : When was the last time you talked? Manya : ummm… 5 hours ago. Trisha : ek baat bolu? Manya : yeah, say.. Trisha : don’t take me wrong . ok? Manya : I won’t. I know you always think best for me.. Trisha : listen. At times I feel Aadii is not worth you.. Manya : oye… why are you talking like this? Trisha : I mean whenever you both will have any issues, it’s always you who compromises. It’s always you who wants to talk to him all the time. It’s always you planning your future with him. it’s always you to say sorry .. Manya : it’s not so Trisha. He loves me a lot... Trisha : Manya.. think about it again.. Manyaa : I don’t know. I really love him a lot.. Trisha : I know you do. Manya : I don’t know why he acts weird at times. Trisha : as in? Manyaa : As in. sometimes he will show as if he is not at all bothered about me and at times he will make me feel like a princess. I am sure that we love each other but I just need his proper time and stable behavior. Why can’t he be just normal? Like remember last week, we were on call almost all the time and now he is not even replying to my single message. Trisha : umm… I understand. Manya : I hope things will be better . I can’t lose him.. And their chat continued... --------------------------------**** SCENE 2 Aadi and his friends decide to watch movie together. They usually do. All of them entered with a bang and took him. In his fun, he totally forgot to take his phone. After the movie, they all went to KFC for hang out. They were enjoying the day and making every moment memorable and suddenly, Aadi realized he left his cell in the room.. He asked Rohit ( his closest friend) to come along with him. All his way, he was telling Rohit about Manya that she might be worried, she must have called and messaged me many times. I don’t know how will she react now. As they reached Aadi’s room, he checked his cell.. *27 missed calls* *12 new messages* *57 watsapp messages* He was shocked. Rohit was amazed to see that why the hell she called and texted him this many times within just 6 hours. Rohit : What’s wrong with her? Aadi : what? Rohit : Why she called you this many times? Aadi : She was scared. Rohit : Come on Aadi. You are not a child.. Aadi : Yeah, I know. But it’s been 6 hours we talked last. And I forgot to inform her about our plans. Rohit : Still man. She could have just left maximum 2 messages and could have waited for your reply. Aadi : ummm… she is extra protective and caring for me. Rohit : Don’t fool yourself. Doesnt she trust you? I mean where will you go yar? Aadi : It’s not so bro. She loves me that’s why. Aadi defended Manya in-front of Rohit but the talk haunted him later. In his mind *may be Rohit is right. Actually, what’s the need to call me so many times? She always cries if I fail to give her time? She will end up fighting for stupid reasons? She will keep asking my friends about me? May be she doubts me ? no no no she loves me. Why am I thinking all this? * ------------------------------------- Will their friend’s talk affect their thinking, their love, their relationship, their trust?
