🔷In 2008 I had a dream, to work for industry giant @bodybuilding 🔵In 2010 I was hired to work my first event the UFC fan expo in Las Vegas 🔷In 2011 I was then hired on as a sponsored athlete to the inaugural Team Bodybuilding 🔵From 2010-2014 I traveled the world promoting health and fitness at expos military events and more 🔷From 2011-2013 bodybuilding sponsored me competing as an IFBB Bikini pro around the world 🔵In 2014 another dream came true, the news of being pregnant. Theres a few of you who have gossiped about me or assumed I never wanted kids, didnt want to ruin my body or questioned why I hadnt had kids yet/told me I was missing out. UNTIL YOU HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH ME YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ME OR MY STORY. Just like I know nothing about you until we have a face-to-face conversation about you. 😉 🔷Yesterday I was given the opportunity of a lifetime to share my pregnancy journey with the bodybuilding community. Im excited to pass on my knowledge re pregnancy workouts, nutrition, supplementation, soon our labor and delivery experience and post-partum.
