I have just encountered a little problem here, I wish someone could help me Out Over the last few days,since the arrival of my cousin here in Ipoti,a University undergraduate who,unfortunately has chosen to dig to the rudiments of Ipoti dialectics,as a pre-requisite for one of her elective courses in school She had engaged my service as an Interpreter,trust me,I had boasted before her and here we are,right infront of my mother who conveniently flows in the real Upoti both in songs,praises and panegyrics.I had not disappointed my younger cousin until this evening when Mama said ONIYAN ABUDI YAN-YAN Over to the Interpreter,She excitedly looked me in the face, My lips were ajar,deep within I clearly understood the message the statement of my mother,was passing across,as perhaps,the unpredictability of humans,but Im already loosing my credibility of a good Interpreter until I can tell her in exact words,what Oniyan abudi yan-yan,means.I brought her down,I am not meant to fail her,maybe I shouldnt have let Mama go that deep!
