Buddhists call it the "nothingness", the Tao refers to it as "thusness", and athletes call it "being in the zone." It is nothing and everything at the same time. Technique is essential to create the dance. But its gracefulness cannot be designed. It must be allowed to happen without instruction or constraint of language.
