(Martin Luther King Jr) The situation in Gaza today is one of invasion and intense aggression against the civilian population. The ongoing bombardment has killed over 800 Palestinians and left thousands injured. This ruthless and dreadful enslavement has left not a single Palestinian untouched; every family has witnessed a murder, an imprisonment, or humiliation at the hands of Israeli soldiers. If mankind is to survive, Israel’s influence must be restrained. To do this we must unite with all other groups who seek the same freedom from oppression and occupation. There is common ground in humanity that seeks to overturn colonial and imperial enterprise. Finally, may we jointly continue to challenge the hypocritical silence, because we believe in a just cause and seeking justice at all time, but without pitying or begging for rights, as these rights are internationally recognized, and are valid for Palestinians too! .................................This is Parvez from Bangladesh .
