#Inspiration #IW4W Navy SEALS Fund is Honored to share the story behind Challenge TEAM #Willverines. RIP Warrior. To anyone who knew him, Will Bushelle was nothing short of an amazing person; smart, funny, selfless and genuine. He was also a US Navy Seal, a ferociously loyal friend, and a loving son and brother, whom we tragically lost in a traffic accident in February, 2014. His network of friends and family were forever changed for the better by knowing him, and completely devastated by his loss. In the wake of the heartbreak left by his passing, an extensive group of his friends and family have come together to honor and remember the spirit of Will’s influence. It is indeed with a mix of heartache and pride that we are running with his memory instead of with Will himself. Because of his invincible spirit, his dedication to help everyone around him, and being the badass that he was, we are the Willverines. We all evolve over time and try to make ourselves better . . . when Will saw us, he saw the people we were trying to become and treated us like we were already those people. He was our support when things werent going well and our cheering section when they were going great. His dedication to his friends was never a question of belief; belief was a given. His dedication to his friends was a matter of helping people manifest their own destiny. Leave people better than how you found them. We use the hashtag #IW4W - it stands for I will for Will which is a personal commitment to be better than you were yesterday and to always remember, its never a question of can, its all about WILL.
