#Instinct is our emotional GPS. Instinct about people, places, events, situations. If we dont listen to our Instincts, follow our emotional GPS, we can get lost. We can lose touch with the right people or allow the wrong people in. Not all the wrong people are necessarily bad, some are just wrong for us. They may lead us away from what we want or what we enjoy & make us think we need to follow a normal path or that our instincts were wrong about ourselves and those close to us. Listen & trust yourself & those who you know you can trust. Some of us want to be so much LIKE everyone else that we fail to honor the amazing things that make us different or to embrace those who know our true selves. We get scared and run from the friends who are closest. Or, do things that may push them away. I am guilty of this at times. Its the fear of all that is going on that can cloud me. That is counterproductive. We take too many detours from the right people or what we are meant to be/do. #21DayMeditationChallenge
