“International Management Skills for Excellence” Course 16-Apr-2014 As a part of Hawkary development plan to improve their employees; On Wednesday Apr. 16, 2014, Hawkary in cooperation with “Cross Cultural Management Center” arranged a training course under the title of (International Management Skills for Excellence), for some managers in the different business functions. At the beginning of the training course Mr. Rida Al-Ghoul, Hawkary Group CEO, welcomed the trainer Mr. Antoney Copman, and spoke to the trainees and explained to them the developments of Hawkary Group, especially in Pharmaceuticals; as Hawkary upgraded its warehouses system and adopted the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics). In addition, during his speech he mentioned that Hawkary will focus more and more on improving the employees by providing training courses in different aspects according to the needs of Hawkary, and at the end of his speech he encouraged the trainees to improve themselves. And then Dr. John, Cross Cultural Management Center Director, appreciated and valued Hawkary Group to its efforts by providing such courses to develop their people and he said there are few companies like Hawkary that are seeing their people as their asset. The training course lasted for three days, and at end of the last day, Mr. Antoney Copman told the CEO that all the trainees are eager to learn more about the future business needs and they want to develop Hawkary. The participants had their certificates in the presence of Hawkary Group CEO. He also congratulated all trainees and hoped that they got the benefit from the training and it will be a source for their subordinates to work more hard to achieve Hawkary goals together.
