*Intervene: One hour is very useful, heck.. even stopping time for 5 seconds is more than enough. A full minute is a luxury. The total time spent blinking every day adds up to a full 10 minutes. Small fractions of time add up to be longer spans of time. There is so much that can be done in a single hour, and if that single hour is rationed intelligently throughout the day, it can be the ultimate weapon, as well as the optimal life-saving device. Stopping time can make the difference between seeing someone falling off a building, or quickly setting up a tarp between two buildings to catch said person and prevent an unavoidable death. Stopping time can give you the decisive advantage of cheating on tests, evading a bullet, and even neutralizing entire armies in a split second by simply stabbing hundreds of enemy soldiers as they stand still; ALL while still having more than 45 minutes of time stopping power remaining to use for the rest of the day when the mission is complete.
