“Island Paradise.....or Barradise!” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW What a place! If you love fishing, or even if you have done very little and just love to get out on the water this place is one to add to the bucket list. The scenery is amazing. Facilities are basic but super comfortable, good for the environment you are exploring. The fishing is amazing and to cap off each day we would relax with a cold one while the chefs cooked up our catch. The food.....Wow, the best seafood i have ever eaten, Mud crabs, more fish than i knew existed, prawns... all cooked to perfection. What really made this place though was the staff. The guides where amazing, sharing insights into life on the island, showing great patience for those with little fishing experience and offering great tips to those with plenty. Nothing was too much trouble. Michael and Kerri who own the lodge where so welcoming and worked tirelessly to make sure we relaxed and enjoyed our stay. I came back feeling so relaxed from clearwater, its the kind of place you get back from feeling like you have been away from the world for a month after only spending a few days. Highly recommended.
