It is the peek of the Altanitic Hurricane Season and the Atlantic Basin has definitely awakened. Invest 92L is in the Gulf of Mexico and for the most part devoid of convection due to dry air intrusion and upper level wind shear. Invest 93L is in the eastern Atlantic and will need to watch it in a couple days due to forecast models taking is close to the Leeward Islands. Invest 94L is close to being on land in Mexico and is forecast to move northwest but might bring some rain to south and southwest Texas. Tropical Storm Edouard is in the central Atlantic and is no threat to land. tropicwatch.info
