It is time we stop blaming our DNA when the real driving force in health and disease is diet and lifestyle. Medicines and surgery will not create health in the individual who continues to eat processed foods, sugars, high fructose corn syrup instead of greens, sulfur, color, grass fed meat, organ meat and seaweed. Which does your physician rely on when treating chronic disease? Lifestyle interventions or medication / surgery (which can be very effective for acute issues but far less effective for chronic disease, diabetes, obesity, autoimmune disorders, and mood disorders and more)?
