It is with upmost excitement and pride that we can announce our 2nd exhibitor at our fair. This week we will be turning the spotlight on Emma Nayler [Photographer]!! Emma Nayler who I’m sure most of you would be aware of is a Wedding, Lifestyle & Portrait Photographer with approximately 6 years experience in the business. She has been an AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography) member since 2012. Emma started her journey to become one of the most respected photographers on the Sunshine & Cooloola Coast as she really just loved taking photos, and as a natural progression completed a course at TAFE. Once Emma was finished the lovely Bambi of “Photography by Bambi” took her on and mentored Emma for a couple of years as she worked for her doing editing. Bambi helped Emma buid a client base and then when she moved to the Sunshine Coast Emma went full time and her business boomed! Emma says the greatest achievement to date in her business is being commissioned to cover a wedding in Vanuatu last year! It was her first (hopefully of many!) overseas destination wedding and it was amazing – which if you head on over to her page or website you can peruse the beautiful images she produced for the bridal couple! One of the best moments since going into business for Emma has been having a bride call her up and tell her that ‘She just HAD to have her, and that she would take any date Emma could do and would plan everything around her availability!’. As you could imagine Emma got little butterflies knowing that bride to be loved her work so much!..... I would say that’s the best compliment you could get as a photographer in that field of work! Emma is a self-confessed ‘crazy dog lady’ (which is just another reason why we all love her so much!) and has two little Miniature Dachshunds who are her babies! Emma love animals and pets so much, and fully encourages you to include yours in your engagement session (or wedding!) if you are the same! Her easy going and approachable disposition quickly puts you at ease which brings out the most beautiful moments which you can all see the results by strolling through her photo gallery on her page. Emma Nayler lives on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and loves to travel for weddings, and for fun! The best thing about this job according to Emma is just being able to preserve precious moments that get lost in the whirlwind of the wedding day – all the tears and hugs and laughter and details that are gone in an instant can suddenly last forever and always be remembered! The way photography has evolved to the point where you no longer just have a 10 or 20 nice photographs of the bride and groom smiling at the camera – you have all kinds of natural and candid moments to cherish of the whole day is the reason Emma loves doing what she does! We all love Emma and her work is simply magical in the way it reflects each couples personalities and captures the pure emotion of the event
