√ Its a damn shame that almost every time I call Shelby County Government office to handle business, some of the women that answer that phone are so unprofessional. Sweetie & baby is not to be used. You dont know me like that. If Im not understanding what you are talking about and I ask you to explain it to me, the hell you get an attitude for? Furthermore, you dont know who a person is when they call. Im sure quite often when people call, they have an issue and maybe frustrated already. If you cant help calm the person down when they call by at least showing a lil empathy and professionalism, you need to be as far away from a phone & customer service as possible. Yall get these government jobs and take them for granted, like you cant be disciplined or terminated.
