..Ive been a religious and spiritual person for a long time. I have been curious ever since I was a kid. I believe in Christ, and Mohammed, and Buddha. and in us. there are many ways to heaven, and heaven on earth. I have been practising Nichiren Buddhism and the mantra Nam Myo Renge Kyo for 40 years. when I first began chanting, I asked someone, what if it doesnt work? they replied, you dont have to believe it. It already exists. The simple chant of Nam Myoho Renge Kyo over and over again is what has led me personally to discovering my own humanity. what works to find spirit for each person is what works for each person. I am no more special than anyone else. We are all eternally linked not just to each other, but to the element of the world and all thats on it. Each creature, each human being, exists because theres something they have to offer to the evolution and expansion of the universe that only they can fulfill.
