“I’ve Never Seen Akshay Sir Angry In The Last 4 Years” – Sonakshi Sinha This is the fourth time Akshay Kumar is working with co-actor Sonakshi Sinha. Be it the success of Rowdy Rathore or the lows of Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara, Sonakshi-Akshay have a fabulous working chemistry that certainly work well with the audiences. Ask Akshay Kumar what he likes about his young co-star and he is quick to blurt that she doesn’t invest much time in her make up van and gets ready really fast. In an interview to Koimoi yesterday, Sonakshi was amused when she heard about Akshay’s compliment. When asked what was Akshay’s best quality, Sonakshi said, “Akshay Sir is very calm. Nothing fazes him out. He will always approach things in a very calm manner. I have never seen him get angry in the four films that I have worked with him over the last four years. Not once have I seen the man angry. I like the approach he has and the positive aura he brings with him.” Talking about her chemistry with Akshay, she continued, “I was obviously very young and inexperienced when I did my first film with him. I had started shooting just after Dabangg. This has been my training ground since I have never had any formal training in acting. Whatever I have learnt, I have learnt on set. And till today I am learning. We made a very good working rapport right from our very first film. We work very well together. We are both extremely professional people, we are both very punctual people. We don’t give anybody trouble on the set. Our producers and directors are very happy with us. Also audience has appreciated our pairing. Rowdy Rathore was appreciated and did well. OUATIMD didn’t do very well. But our chemistry was appreciated in the films that didn’t do well also.” Akshay and Sonakshi are all set to appear together in A.R Murugadoss’ Holiday which is based on the working of sleeper cells. Based on Tamil film, Thuppakki, the film is all set to release on 6th June.
