Position Summary PLACE OF WORK: Hanoi START DATE: December, 2014 RATE OF PAY: The teachers will be paid monthly either on salary for full time or by number of courses taught if part time. GPA pays a competitive teacher salary. HOURS OF WORK: Flexible working hours. However, please note that many courses take place during evenings and on weekends 2. What will your main duties be? • To plan, prepare and deliver English courses to learners of all ages • To create a positive education environment for students to motivate students to work harder • To keep track on students’ progress based on their learning outcomes • To observe and evaluate a students’ class work and assignments • To ensure teaching meets learners’ needs and expectations • To work with Academic Coordinators to ensure course objectives are being met 3.
