*JOB OPPORTUNITY-* Java Johnnys is currently seeking energetic, friendly, and responsible individuals to fill Part time positions for baristas with their growing Drive Thru Espresso company. Job Description: Baristas / Shift Leaders perform a variety of duties including preparing espresso drinks, restocking and cleaning prep area, cash handling, and completing opening, shift change, and closing checklists. The barista welcomes each guest and provides excellent customer service skills while adhering to all recipes and presentation standards. As a Java Johnnys Barista you will take responsibility and accountability for; developing and retaining relationships with customers, as well as ensuring all recipes, policies, and procedures are followed. Requirements: Applicant MUST posses the following skills: • Prefer individual with Espresso or Food Service experience, Besides Starbucks a Plus • Must have your own reliable transportation • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to follow written checklists • Ability to follow company policies and procedures • Ability to work in a team environment and independantly • Ability to set and maintain high standards while leading by example • Ability to make change quickly • Ability to learn quickly • Clean and Organized • Must be able to maintain consistent and punctual attendance If youre a dependable, friendly, and reliable person who is looking for part time or full time work with opportunity to make great money in a short shift this job is for you!
