[JOB OPPORTUNITY] Programs & Communications Coordinator ▬ Leadership Palm Beach County, West Palm Beach, FL Provide support to volunteer-led programs, events and committees; provide oversight for communication functions for Leadership Palm Beach County. Job Responsibilities: + Supervise, organize and motivate alumni volunteer committee members for Core Leadership Programs. + Supervise, organize and motivate alumni volunteer committee members for activities essential to the operations of the organization – including but not limited to: Alumni Relations, Civic Engagement, Marketing & PR, and networking events. + Supervise, organize and motivate alumni volunteer committee members for signature special events. + Identify and recruit committee members (from alumni base) as needed. + Identify opportunities for program/event enhancements. + Oversee the preparation of LPBC’s branding and communications, including website, e-communications, newsletters, social media, promotional materials, press releases and other special marketing needs. + Promote and expand the mission of Leadership Palm Beach County in the community. Job Requirements: + Must have at least 5 years prior experience with volunteer management, at least 5 years prior experience with PR//Communications and events. + Must have exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
