Reaction to door opening: Joy remains at the front of the cage, meows, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Joy rubs on the assessors hand, purrs, and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Toy or Novel Object: Shows interest and plays with the toy. Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pickup and remains calm. Placement determination: Beginner Joy interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
