James Madison says people have a right to what they own here in the U.S. and that authorities who work for their Government Institution are to protect the persons rights to their own things not rob them of it, so taking those farmers land is against the Constitutional Law and any one involved in the seizing is a criminal because they broke the Law for Authorities. Government is instituted to protect property of every sort; as well that which lies in the various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses.
