#JenellWorkoutVideos Forward Alternating #Lunges 4 sets of 10 each leg. ________________________________ I do 4x10 because I do many other workouts while in the gym but for an awesome lower body workout do 10x10 and I promise you your ASS, Quads and Hamstrings will be yelling at you the entire day and day after that! Lol This can be done at home of course. You can add weights (dumbbell, kettlebell, bar) to take it up a notch. NOTE: If youre wobbling all over the place you arent holding your core tight. Really tighten that core to keep your balance and you will see its a world of a difference. Also, backward lunges are easier so try that if this is too challenging. You will get better with form after time but try your best to keep the front knee in line with your toe not leaning the knee out in front over the toe. Your back knee does not need to go this low to the ground in the beginning. You will get there.
