•Jesus is the Word. John 1:1 could read, “In the beginning was Jesus, Jesus was with God, and Jesus was God.” •The Word, Jesus, came to Earth as God in human form. Jesus was and is full of grace and truth. •In Revelation 19:11-13 Jesus is the rider on the horse. Knowing that, it connects the dots when we see that He is called Faithful and True and His name is the Word of God. We tend to think of the Word of God as just the Bible. But it is clear in these verses that the Word is actually a living and breathing entity. God’s Word is the Bible. But it’s more than the Bible. It is actually alive because the Word of God is Jesus.
