Qualifications : a. 3years experiencein IT Field. b. 1+ years experience managing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 environment with at least 50 users. c. Experience working with end-users to develop functional requirements. d. Extensive experience translating functional requirements to technical requirements and implementing these in CRM. e. Effective communication skills, particularly in a training environment. f. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. g. Bachelor’s degree required. 6. Description : Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: a. Evaluate and configure CRM system, and provide detailed end user documentation. b. Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems. c. Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration. d. Gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met. e. Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use. f. Create custom entities. g. Perform batch import of complex data sets and mappings. h. Configure and maintain integration between CRM and Outlook. i. Configure and maintain integration between CRM and SharePoint. j. Create complex forms using complex business rules. k. Create and execute complex workflows. l. Create custom reports and dashboards. m. Customize security profiles. n. Work with IT department to ensure alignment of standards and procedures. o. As needed, work with and manage external consultants/service providers. p. Writing programming codes and adapting existing software to meet the changing needs of a business. q. Reviewing written business requirements and technical specifications. r. Investigating and analyzing reported defects. s. Creating unit test plans, scripts and test harnesses. t. Developing user interfaces. u. Training staff to ensure familiarity with any revisions to the software. v. Setting up security parameters and undertake audits as required 7. Gender : Male. 8.
