#JobOpportunity A leading international NGO in Amman is seeking to hire qualified people for the below vacancies: 1.Assistant National Director: Main duties: •Assists the National Director in leadership & support of the National Association and its facilities, including facilitating their growth and development plans, managing the senior national staff, ensuring agreed plans and commitments are fulfilled, advising on national management systems & structures •Supports and coordinates national planning processes, and advises on appropriate implementation structures and monitoring & reporting systems. Assists in preparing the National Plan in cooperation with colleagues and in monitoring its implementation •Participates in and supports the development of facility plans as necessary. Evaluates and gives feedback to facility plans ensuring overall alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Monitors the performance of facilities against agreed targets, identifies areas of improvement •Assists the National Director in the preparation of all reports, project proposals, funding proposals, correspondence and other key documents. Ensures adherence to national and regional reporting requirements. Monitors and ensures quality and timely delivery of required reports •Supports the brand development, by coordinating the application of the internationally agreed brand development concept in national strategy, planning and implementation Requirements: •Degree in Business Administration, Development, Education, Communication or another relevant discipline. •Minimum 5 year leadership experience at a senior management/ executive level In a larger or complex organization, preferentially within the NGO or public sector. •Prior experience in one or more of the following functional areas: human resources Management finance marketing, social services provision, education management, community development •Strong oral/ written communication skills, consulting skills, and ability to communicate at multiple levels in the organization. 2.Pedagogical Coordinator (أخصائية نفسية): Main duties: •Overall pedagogical advising •Educational Programs •Projects of Care •Research •Child Rights & Advocacy Requirements: •University degree in psycho-social or educational science. •Working experience of minimum 3 years in relevant fields of psycho-social-educational programs or child care. •Motivation for work in environment with the children and youth as final beneficiaries. 3. Fundraiser & PR (منسقة التبرعات و العلاقات العامة) Main duties: •Secure financial support and donations in kind from individuals, companies and other external bodies. •Ensure good relations are maintained with donors and sponsors. •Ensure the Maintenance of a Positive External Image of the organization. •Liaise with the Financial Controller on Issues relating to the Inflow/Outflow of Funds. •Oversee the production of marketing support materials, such as information brochures; newsletters, annual Fundraising/PR Reports. •Good PR & Communications (Social media). Requirements: •Minimum experience 1 year in Sales & Marketing and PR or related field •Good English written and spoken •Prefer have graphic design background •Presentable and have a car.
