#JobVacancy #Children’s #Cancer #Hospital Egypt 57357 مستشفي has the following Job Vacancy Job Title : CRM application support Location of work: Hospital 57357 - 1Seket Elemam – Elsayda Zainab – Cairo Qualifications: • 3 years experience in IT Field. • 1+ years experience managing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 environment with at least 50 users. • Experience working with end-users to develop functional requirements. • Extensive experience translating functional requirements to technical requirements and implementing these in CRM. • Effective communication skills, particularly in a training environment. • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. • Bachelor’s degree required. Job Description : • Evaluate and configure CRM system, and provide detailed end user documentation. • Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems. • Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration. • Gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met. • Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use. • Create custom entities. • Perform batch import of complex data sets and mappings. • Configure and maintain integration between CRM and Outlook. • Configure and maintain integration between CRM and SharePoint. • Create complex forms using complex business rules. • Create and execute complex workflows. • Create custom reports and dashboards. • Customize security profiles. • Work with IT department to ensure alignment of standards and procedures. • As needed, work with and manage external consultants/service providers. • Writing programming codes and adapting existing software to meet the changing needs of a business. • Reviewing written business requirements and technical specifications. • Investigating and analyzing reported defects. • Creating unit test plans, scripts and test harnesses. • Developing user interfaces. • Training staff to ensure familiarity with any revisions to the software. • Setting up security parameters and undertake audits as required If you are interested kindly send your CV to careers@57357 with the Job Title in the Subject
