Distribute weight from the wrist to the knuckles and all the way out through the fingertips. 2. Keep the shoulders lifted. Use a mirror or ask a friend to see if your shoulders are parallel to the ground or if they are dropping forward. Lift them until they are parallel to the ground. 3. The belly... lift strong! It is easy to let the your bodys weight to rest on the spine, but you want to develop the core and keep the back safe. 4. The ankles. Keep your heels directly over the toes. It helps me to take this pose back up to high plank. Doing so will show you the places in your body that werent fully engaged, as they are the places that will be hard to lift.
