#Joinus - Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager with French or Dutch £50K - £75K (uncapped) Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager will be working in partnership with our highest performing consultant, who has recently signed agreements with Microsoft’s leading gold partners, either as a tier 1 or exclusive supplier. We urgently seek an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in the further growth and success of our European Dynamics AX practice. We already have the roles, the database and network, however we realise that we are missing out on significant opportunities due to the volume of roles we’re not currently able to work on. Consequently, building a pipeline at Cognitive is fairly straight forward if you are driven, tenacious, intelligent, and able to work with our existing candidates and clients in a professional and consultative manner. Visiting our French and BeNeLux clients every 6-8 weeks and attending/sponsoring key industry events across the continent. We understand the challenges associated with working for a non-specialist IT agency – everyone in the team have previously worked for large IT generalist recruiters. In a fast changing recruitment environment, where internal teams have many of the tools agency recruiters have, it’s imperative that one specialises.
