“KAZ MAC CREATIONS” I am planning to hold classes in my home, very lovely modern new home setting, very private classes, maximum of 4 per class, twice a week, 1 day class & 1 evening class. Please register for expressions of interest on my Face book page. Starting from the week of 7th October. Class 1: Vintage cup cake class> - 6 baked cupcakes in asstd patty tins, pastel coloured etc * 3 chocolate & 3 vanilla - Icing to ice cupcakes, “RICH smooth tropic Vanilla” flavored topping, goes on before putting on the fondant - Fondant for top of cakes and embellishments, making flowers, leaves, cut outs hearts, bows etc - Royal icing for piping - Cachous for cakes to embellish - Cup cake box * 6 cupcake holder with see through lid to take home for cupcakes - I will prepare printed colour class sheets and drawn up designs for students to take home. 2 ½ hour class @ the cost of $45-00 per student, tea & coffee provided. Class 2: Pretty in Pink > Create some gorgeous pink cupcakes that not only look fantastic but taste amazing. 6 cupcakes to take home. This class will run for 2 1/2 hours and is aimed at anyone! Pink is in! $40-00 Class 3: Basic cake decorating> learn to use icing tubes & bags, make butter cream icing and decorate 6 cupcakes to take home. This class will run for 2 – 2 1/2 hours and is aimed at anyone. Cost $30-00 Learning Outcomes: • Colouring fondant icing • Covering cupcakes • Making icing decorations • Making butter cream • Basic piping Take Home: 6 Designer Cupcakes Cupcake Decorating Classes:- Cake decorating class payment must be paid in full to secure your spot, Spots are filled by a first payed allocation .All classes need a minimum number of students to proceed. If your class does not have enough students it will be cancelled and you will be informed. Should “ Kaz Mac Creations” cancel a class, we will provide you with a full refund within 7 working days or you may transfer to a future class. Please note, no cash refunds will be given.
