(KPFK News) A federal jury today in Orange County ruled that an Anaheim police officer did not use excessive force when he shot and killed an unarmed 25 year-old man two years ago. It was the first of two back-to-back shootings that touched off weeks of protests and rallies. Some residents say the Officer-Involved Shootings exposed a deep divide between Anaheim officials and the citys burgeoning Latino majority. Pacifica KPFKs Ernesto Arce reports from Orange County.
