> KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 31 ― The Protestant Church in Sabah (PCS) is appealing to minister in charge of unity Tan Sri Joseph Kurup to resolve the seizure of Christian books and compact discs (CDs) containing the word “Allah”, a church group said today. Council of Churches of Malaysia (CCM) general secretary Rev Dr Hermen Shastri said the 130 Christian books and 300 Christian CDs in Bahasa Indonesia had been brought in from Indonesia by a member of PCS, a Lutheran church based in Sabah. The materials were meant to be used by the church, he explained. “PCS made an appeal to Kurup, who himself is from Sabah, and is giving him a chance to resolve this matter immediately,” Shastri told Malay Mail Online. - See more at: themalaymailonline/malaysia/article/sabah-church-now-pleading-with-putrajaya-for-release-of-christian-materials#sthash.iEJuxgMO.dpuf
