More than ever, it now seems inevitable that this whole marriage fight will soon be over. Frank stood on the position that it wasn’t up to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to put forth any evidence to justify the law and that the plaintiffs had failed to justify their position that the asserted rationales weren’t persuasive.
